Nokia Lumia 525, which is the spiritual successor of the popular Lumia 520 entry-level smartphone, and now the full specs of the device have leaked online.

The first press render of the Lumia 525 surfaced online as well on Chinese Baidu site and shows that the smartphone strongly resembles the Lumia 520.

However, as MyNokiaBlog points out, the upcoming Nokia Lumia 525 comes packed with 1GB of RAM, which is double the amount included in the Lumia 520 model.

The rest of the specs seem to be similar, which means that the Lumia 525 sports a 4-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution and 233ppi (pixel density).

According to the leaked specs, Lumia 525’s display features 2D hardened glass and super sensitive touch for finger nail and glove use.

Hardware-wise, Nokia Lumia 525 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. There’s also a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and HD (720p) video recording, but no LED flash.

Nokia Lumia 525 measures 119.9 x 64 x 9.9mm and weighs 124g (battery included). It is fully compatible with WCDMA 900/2100, 850/1900/2100, GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 bands and offers HSPA+ (21Mbps) download speeds.
